Prisoner photo safari

For week three of #prisoner106, one of the tasks was to do a photo safari that captures at least five of the following:

Here is what I found on a walk through the Village today.

Authority and Imprisonment

This sign seems to capture both of these themes well. There is only local traffic in the Village, after all.

Imprisonment

This image shows information about the tides…

Tidal information

I particularly like the information in this one.

blank

Rebellion

No blank walls

Here, the plants could care less about the orderly structure the fence is providing.

overgrowth

This one is sort of rebellious but really kinda not.

  1. love these pictures, really well picked out. great photo walk. The second info picture is perfect for the village, but the rebel plants are my favourite.

  2. Hello, Super True Friend Christina!

It is so nice to see that you are up and about and not in that Hospital any more. Do you still have those blue racing stripes that you had?

There are lots of signs that you found on your safari. Plus, lots of fences and walls and kinds of things that stop some people from getting to another place. But not all people.

I was thinking that I should take my iPhone and go do a safari so that I can put up some pictures. Because Sunday at midnight.

Well, I will be seeing you later, Super True Friend!

  3. I like your authority signs; there are certainly more around our fair city now.
I notice that even at work, many things seem to be on ‘lockdown’ with many signs to remind us that someone above us is in charge.

    1. Yes, I didn’t really notice all of them until I did this safari. I love doing photo safaris for that reason–they really get me to pay attention to my surroundings in ways I don’t normally do!
